Connecting Indian Leather to the World

The Council for Leather Exports regularly organizes Group Participation of Indian Member Companies in many leading international leather product fairs and tradeshows.

In countries where there are no appropriate leather product fairs but which have good potential for Indian leather products, the Council organizes exclusive interactive Buyer Seller Meets (BSM), taking the assistance of local agencies to market and coordinate the event. The Government provides funding assistance to the Council and to Exporters for participation in Fairs & BSM's under the Market Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme and the Market Access Initiative Scheme (MAIS), subject to certain eligibility conditions.
