Sub: e-Facilitation (e-Sewa) Centre established for Leather & Footwear Industry in the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) – reg.
As you are kindly aware that the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) has set up an e-Facilitation (e-Sewa) Centre for Leather & Footwear industry in the CLE Head Office @ Chennai, with a view to facilitate the industry more particularly MSME industries. This Centre is operational from 03-04-2023. The CLE e-Sewa Centre would cater to the units in all parts of the country, and the industry can avail the services of the e-Sewa Centre in submission of their proposals / applications under any of the GOI / State Government Schemes in the respective online portal.
The guidelines of the CLE e-Sewa Centre are attached herewith for ready reference. The attached guidelines document contains details of process to be followed in assessing the services of e-Sewa Centre, service fee payable by users, non-conditional clause etc is given in the guidelines.
The CLE’s e-Sewa Centre is equipped to prepare & submit applications of the units in the online portals, on behalf of the industry units.
- Application(s) for claiming investment grant under the Integrated Development of Leather Sector (IDLS) sub-scheme of Indian Footwear & Leather Development Programme (IFLDP) 2021-26
- Application(s) for footwear Products registration with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which is mandatory under the Quality Control Orders issued by the DPIIT, Govt of India.
- Application for New Membership and Renewal of Membership with the DGFT/CLE.
