Dear Sirs,

Please find enclosed herewith the following Customs/DGFT Circulars/Notifications.

–          Customs Circular No.43/2018 dated 8^th Nov 2018 regarding implementation of paperless processing under SWIFT – Uploading of Supporting Documents (eSANCHIT) in exports.
–          DGFT Trade Notice No.36/2018 dated 30^th Oct 2018 regarding caution against dealing with MSRL Group Limited, Miami, Florida, USA
–          Customs Circular No.38/2018 dated 18^th Oct 2018 regarding procedure to be followed in cases of manufacturing or other operations undertaken in bonded warehouses under section 65 of the Customs Act.
–          Customs Circular No.41/2018 dated 30^th Oct 2018 regarding extension of date for implementation of electronic sealing for deposit in and removal of goods from Customs Bonded Warehouses to 1^st January 2019.
