Virtual BSM between Indian exporters of footwear, leather and leather products and Peruvian buyers (August 5-6, 2020)
Council for Leather Exports (CLE) is planning to organize a Virtual Buyer Seller Meet (VBSM) between Indian exporters of footwear, leather and leather products & Peruvian buyers during August 5-10, 2021. The programme will be organized in close coordination with Embassy of India, Peru and Lima Chamber of Commerce.
In this regard, we would like to inform that, Council for Leather Exports in close coordination with Embassy of India, Peru and Lima Chamber of Commerce (LCC) will be organizing a Two-day Virtual Buyer Seller Meet (VBSM) between Indian exporters of footwear, leather garments, leather goods/accessories and finished leather and Peruvian buyers on 5th to 10th August, 2020. The details of VBSM are as under:-
· LCC guarantees a minimum number of 5 business appointments (each meeting will last for half an hour time) per day per Indian participant. Thus, each Indian company will get minimum of 10 business meetings/buyers during the Two day BSM.
· Each One-to-One business meeting will last for 30 minutes. The timings would be from 18.30 hrs (Indian time) to 20.30 hrs on both the days.
· Each Indian participant will get One interpreter each for facilitating business meetings with Peruvian buyers.
· LCC will take care of the organization of Business Agendas. The service includes: Marketing Campaign, Telemarketing, Mailing and Virtual technical service during the Business Meetings.
· LCC will conduct 2 or 3 Demo Sessions (well before the actual meeting) to help the Indian participants to get acquainted with the usage of Virtual platform.
· CLE will be targeting to enlist a maximum of 20 Indian companies for participation in the VBSM.
Participation fee:-
Taking into account the overall expenses relating to marketing campaign, buyers mobilization, interpreter service, virtual technical service and related arrangements, we have fixed a nominal participation fee @ Rs. 31000+18% GST (31000+5580=Rs. 36580/-) per participant.
Participation fee of Rs. 36,580/- (Inclusive of GST) may be remitted to CLE’s below given bank account:-

Please note that registration for the Virtual BSM is restricted to only limited capacity (maximum 20) and will be subject to first-come basis till availability of Exhibition stalls.
