As you are kindly aware, ECGC offers a range of export insurance services. The details of such services can be accessed at the following website.
ECGC has launched the SMILE Online Customer Portal, which is a one-stop digital platform offering a comprehensive range of online services for exporters and bankers. Designed for speed, transparency, and ease of use, the portal enables users to manage export credit insurance requirements more efficiently than ever.
Key services available on the ECGC SMILE Portal:
- Apply for Export Credit Insurance Policies online
- Submit Credit Limit Applications
- File Shipment Declarations with ease
- Submit Grievances and monitor resolution progress
- Submit Claim Proposals and track their status
- Access and download Policy Documents and related records
- Track the status of applications and transactions in real time
