Sub: Database of Logistics service providers in India – Booklet compiled by CLE for reference purposes – reg.
We are pleased to inform that the CLE has undertaken an exercise to compile data of few logistic service providers in the country and provide the database to the members of the CLE as a value addition of service. This initiative aims to guide the industry in identifying reliable and efficient logistics partners for export and import related activities including freight forwarding, shipping lines, customs clearances, warehousing, transportation, and other allied services.
The CLE has compiled data of few logistic service providers by researching on their websites. Based on the details gathered therein, the CLE has brought out a Booklet on the Database of Logistic Service Providers in India, listing out the names of few companies and their addresses (contact details email, phone numbers, website details etc.). The Booklet is enclosed herewith for perusal and reference.
We invite your specific attention to the 3rd Page of the Booklet, in which ‘disclaimer’ has been mentioned and we request the members to kindly go through the disclaimer points and undertake due diligence accordingly while dealing with the service providers.
This Booklet is also hosted in the CLE website www.leatherindia.org under home page for general information of members.

विषय: भारत में लॉजिस्टिक्स सेवा प्रदाताओं का डेटाबेस – संदर्भ उद्देश्यों के लिए सीएलई द्वारा संकलित पुस्तिका – के संबंध में।
हमें यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि सीएलई ने देश में कुछ लॉजिस्टिक सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स का डेटा इकट्ठा करने का काम शुरू किया है और सर्विस में वैल्यू एडिशन के तौर पर यह डेटाबेस सीएलई के सदस्यों को दिया जाएगा। इस पहल का मकसद इंडस्ट्री को एक्सपोर्ट और इंपोर्ट से जुड़ी एक्टिविटीज़ के लिए भरोसेमंद और कुशल लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर पहचानने में मदद करना है, जिसमें फ्रेट फॉरवर्डिंग, शिपिंग लाइन, कस्टम क्लीयरेंस, वेयरहाउसिंग, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन और दूसरी संबंधित सेवाएं शामिल हैं।
सीएलई ने उनकी वेबसाइट्स पर रिसर्च करके कुछ लॉजिस्टिक सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स का डेटा इकट्ठा किया है। इसमें इकट्ठा की गई जानकारी के आधार पर, सीएलई ने भारत में लॉजिस्टिक सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स के डेटाबेस पर एक बुकलेट जारी की है, जिसमें कुछ कंपनियों के नाम और उनके पते (संपर्क विवरण, ईमेल, फ़ोन नंबर, वेबसाइट विवरण आदि) दिए गए हैं। यह बुकलेट देखने और संदर्भ के लिए इसके साथ भेजी जा रही है।
