Sub : Focus Product & Focus Market Schemes – benefits for supporting manufacturer
Dear Member
The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued a Notification No. 43 dated 23.9.2008 which states that benefits of Focus Product and Focus Market Schemes can be claimed either by a supporting manufacturer, upon submission of disclaimer from the company/firm who has realized the foreign exchange directly from overseas or by the company/firm concerned directly. A copy of the said Notification is enclosed herewith.
Member exporters may kindly note the above and accordingly avail the benefits of Focus Product and Focus Market Schemes.
