Sub : Issuance of Import Certificate under Duty Free Import Scheme – Restoration of online application filing facility

Dear Member

Your kind attention is invited to our earlier circular dated Dec. 30, 2020 informing about the manual issuance of Import Certificates (IC) under Duty Free Import Scheme due to malfunctioning of CLE server.

We are pleased to inform that the technical problem in the CLE server has been rectified and the software has been enabled. Also, the facility of online application for the Import Certificate has also been enabled today morning. Hence, members can apply for the Import Certificate through online. The link for online IC submission is given below.
