Sub: Leather Park proposed to be established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
This is to inform you that NCR-Leather Infrastructure Development Company Limited (NCR-LIDCL) is the SPV formed by exporters of Northern Region. NCR-LIDCL is interested to promote a Leather Park at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and has taken necessary initiative by interacting with the officials of State Government of Rajasthan to seek required land for the project.
Based on the discussions of the NCR LIDCL, the Rajasthan Industrial Infrastructure Development Company (RIICO) Limited has allotted an area of 63 acres of land at Bhiwadi Industrial Area for setting up of a Leather Park. The entrepreneurs can set up the production units in the Leather Park to manufacture finished leather products i.e., footwear, garments, goods/accessories, components etc. Booking of space for the industrial plots has already been started @ Rs.3,700/- per square meter. The plots are available in the sizes of 1000 square meters, 2000 square meters, 3000 square meters and 4000 square meters.
Interested entrepreneurs who wish to set up manufacturing plant in the Leather Park may remit the first installment of 10%of the total cost of required land through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “RICO Limited” payable at Bhiwadi. The Application Form for allotment of industrial plots is attached herewith. The payment should be sent to the following address:

Since a limited number of Plots are available as on date, members may send their requirement of land along with the commitment fee at the earliest. The applications will be considered for allotment of land on first-come-first serve basis.
