Sub : CBIC Notifications / Circulars

Dear Sir,

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has recently issued the following notification and circulars which are enclosed herewith for your kind information and reference.

a. Customs Notification No.36/2018-Customs (N.T) dated 11th May 2018 regarding Bill of Entry (Electronic Integrated Declaration and Paperless Processing) Regulations, 2018.

b. Customs Notification No.38/2018-Customs (N.T) dated 11th May 2018 regarding Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018.

c. Customs Notification No.41/2018-Customs (N.T) dated 14th May 2018 regarding Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018.

d. Customs Circular No.10/2018-Customs dated 24th April 2018 regarding import by EOU/EHTP/STP/ BTP without payment of duty by following Rule 5 of Customs (import of goods at concessional rate of duty) Rules 2017.
