Sub:- Footwear and Leather Sector Virtual Business Meet with buyers from Denmark/Nordic Region (6th October, 2021)
As part of CLE’s ongoing virtual export promotion initiatives, we are announcing another Virtual Business Meet with buyers from Denmark/Nordic Region at 2.30 PM India Time (11.00 am Denmark Time) on Wednesday, the 6th October, 2021. CLE is organizing this Virtual Business Meet in close coordination with Embassy of India in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The details of the Virtual Business Meet are given below:-
Þ The Virtual BSM will be organized via Zoom platform.
Þ We are expecting participation of minimum 25-30 Danes buyers of footwear, leather, leather garments, leather goods and accessories in this BSM. We are expecting buyers from other Nordic countries as well.
Þ From Indian side, CLE will be enlisting a maximum number of 15 companies of the above said products, for this Virtual BSM. Each Indian company will get an opportunity to present a short video of 3 minutes duration, before the buyers. In this video, the company representative/CEO can talk about their company/product profile, their latest collections, current markets, in addition to showing snapshots of their factory and products. At the end of the video, the participants should give their contact details. There will not be any product display virtually.
Þ Brief profile of the Indian exhibitors will be circulated among the buyers/brands/Retailers/Wholesalers and Departmental Stores in Denmark/Nordic Region.
Þ Even though we are not guaranteeing about the One-to-One business meetings during the Virtual Business Meet, we will make efforts for arranging one to one meetings between Indian participants and Danish buyers via zoom. These meeting are being planned on the day of Virtual Business Meet or on the next day, depending upon the convenience and interest of buyers.
Þ After the Virtual BSM, details of buyers those who attended the event will be shared with the participating companies, for their follow up.
Keeping in view the above, interested members are requested to confirm their participation by sending the attached format, duly completed, to ad-imdfairs@cleindia.com latest by 23rd August, 2021 so that we can enlist your participation accordingly.
Participants also have to send the following details, latest by 25th August, 2021:-
(i) Three-minute duration video about your company/product, as specified above.
(ii) One page information/write up about your company, along with complete contact details and 4-5 good product photos. All details, including photos, should be arranged on the same page. This information will be used for the purpose of buyers mobilization.
Interested members are requested to confirm their participation by sending the attached Application form, duly filled in. Registration fee of Rs. 7,200/- + GST (Rs. 8,496/- inclusive of GST), may be remitted to CLE’s below given bank account and inform us the UTR details:-
