Sub : Advance Authorisation Scheme

Dear Sir,

The DGFT has issued a Public Notice No.26/2015-2020 dated 20^th Sept 2017 (copy enclosed) making several amendments with regard to operation of advance authorization scheme including fixation of norms, Advance Authorization for applicants with multiple units, Application and On-line Inter-Ministerial Consultations for fixation of norms/adhoc norms, Exports/Supplies in anticipation or subsequent to issue of an Authorization etc.

Members may kindly note the above.
