The DGFT has issued a Public Notice No.2/2023 dt 01.04.2023 regarding Amnesty scheme for one time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization holders. (copy enclosed).
Members eligible and willing to avail the Amnesty scheme are requested to register their application in DGFT portal https://www.dgft.gov.in
