Sub : Availability of Speed Post Dispatch Particulars in MEIS Module
Dear Member
Kindly refer to our earlier circular dated Sept. 18, 2018 ( copy given below) regarding guidelines to apply for MEI under system driven approval mechanisms for MEIS applications for shipping bills from EDI ports.
The DGFT has now issued Trade Notice No. 38/2018 dated 3rd December 2018 (copy enclosed) stating that a new feature is being added in the module with immediate effects so that exporters can track the MEIS speed post dispatch made by the Regional Authorities of DGFT. For tracking this, the exporters need to log in DGFT website – MEIS ECOM Module – Query – Dispatch Details and Select File No.

Dear Sir,
Please find enclosed Trade Notice No.30/2018-2019 dated 11th Sept 2018 regarding guidelines to apply for MEIS under the system driven approval mechanism for MEIS applications for shipping bills from EDI ports. This trade notice contains procedural guidelines for online application for availing MEIS and issuance of MEIS script after online processing of the application.
