SUB: BIS request for comments from Industry on documents (6) pertaining to Leather Tannery Sector.

This is to inform that the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Government of India has sought comments of the industry on the following subjects, which is to be given in the online portal of BIS.

Document Type : New Indian Standard
Salient features : This document specifies a method for determining the dry or wet flex resistance of leather and finishes applied to leather. It is applicable to all types of flexible leather below 3.0 mm in thickness.
