Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed the following notification/circulars issued by DGFT.

1.     DGFT Public Notice No.11/2015-2020 dated 14.6.19 regarding waiving off the requirement of destruction certificate from excise/custom authorities for the unutilized duty free imported material under Advance Authorisation.

2.     Customs Circular No.1069/2/2019 CX dated 8.5.19 regarding revised procedure for electronic filing of central excise returns and for electronic payment of excise duty and service tax arrears under the new portal www.cbic-gst.gov.in

3.     Customs circular No.14/2019-Customs dated 3.6.19 regarding simplified auto-registration of beneficiaries (IEC holders) on ICEGATE for e-SANCHIT and other benefits.

4.     Customs Notification No.42/2019-Customs (N.T) dated 18.6.19 regarding customs (supplementary Notice) regulations, 2019. This notification is regarding issue of           supplementary notice for notice issued under Section 28 ( notice for payment of duties/interest) or section 124 (Issue of show cause notice before confiscation of goods,.

5.     Customs Notification No.44/2019-Customs (N.T) dated 19.6.19 regarding manufacture and other operations in warehouse regulations, 2019.
