Please find enclosed the following Customs Notifications/ Circulars issued recently for your ready reference.

• Customs Circular No.33/2019-Customs(N.T) dated 25.04.19 regarding shipping bill (Electronic Integration Declaration) Regulations, 2011.
• Customs Circular No.07/2019-Customs dated 21.02.19 regarding discontinuation of printing of Advance Authorizations/Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Authorizations on security paper by DGFT for authorizations issued with EDI ports as port of registration.
• Customs Circular No.11/2019-Customs dated 09.04.19 regarding phasing out of physical copies of Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS)/Services Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) Duty Credit Scrips issued issued with EDI port as Port of registration.
• Customs Circular No.06/2019-Customs dated 20.02.19 regarding rescinding board Circular No.132/95-Customs dated 22.12.95.
