Sub: DGFT Public Notice No: 9/2010 amending format of Bank Certificate of Export and Realization

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide the subject Public Notice No: 9/(RE:2010)/2009-2014 of September 7 2010 has amended the format of the Bank Certificate of Export & Realisation notified in Appendix 22A to the Foreign Trade Policy. The only change is in Column 13 of the Bank Certificate of Export and Realisation, which has been modified to include “In case of Export Proceeds Realisation through Freely Convertible Vostro Account, the Authorized Dealer Banks shall endorse the words “Realisation from Freely Convertible Vostro Account.”

A copy of the subject Public Notice No: 9/2010 enclosing the new amended format of the Bank Certificate of Export and Realisation is attached for ready reference of members.
