Sub: Inclusion of details / clarification on the Certification of Origin of Goods for European Union Generalised System of Preferences (EU-GSP) – as notified vide Public Notice No.51 dated 31.12.2016.
The DGFT has issued a Trade Notice No.03 dated 17th April 2017 (copy enclosed) on the above subject (giving detailed question answer type clarifications) which is self-explanatory. The said trade notice is enclosed herewith for information and reference of the members.
