Sub: Evaluation / Appraisal of IFLADP 2017-2020 – Online Survey by IIFT via Questionnaire

As you are aware, Indian Footwear, Leather & Accessories Development Programme (IFLADP) is currently under implementation by Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, with an approved outlay of Rs.2600 Crores over the 3 financial years 2017-2020. The validity period of the IFLADP will come to an end on 31^st March 2020, and DPIIT has assigned the evaluation / appraisal work of IFLADP to Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). In this regard, IIFT has developed an online questionnaire to elicit the views / feedback of the industry on two sub-schemes of IFLADP namely IDLS Scheme and HRD Scheme. The web links and the steps to fill up the questionnaires are given below:

Those units which have submitted their applications under IDLS Scheme 2017-2020 are required to fill up the following questionnaire

Those units who have participated in the training programme interventions under HRD Scheme are required to fill up the following questionnaire

STEPS TO FILL UP THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS GIVEN BELOW:
1)    Click on the above URL
2)    Fill up the questionnaire ( keeping the internet on)
3)    Please Click the SAVE button (below the questionnaire). This will submit the questionnaire and it will be delivered to IIFT directly.
(The confidentiality of the filled up questionnaire will be maintained and only aggregate results considering all beneficiaries will be reported by IIFT).

The last date for online submission of the questionnaire is 14^th January 2020.

The evaluation/ appraisal of the IFLADP by the IIFT is an extremely important activity, based on which the Government of India will examine and decide on the extension of the IFLADP for a further period beyond March 2020. The participation of the industry in the online survey of IIFT is very vital and would strengthen the industry’s request for continuation of the IFLADP beyond March 2020. Hence, the CLE would request members of the industry to kindly fill up the Questionnaire and submit in the online link given above.
