Sub : Extension of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 beyond March 31, 2014

As members are aware, the provisions of the current Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 will be force March 31, 2014. The DGFT has issued Notification No. 69 (RE-2013)/2009-14 dated 19th February 2014 and Public Notice No. 51 (RE-2013)/2009-14 dated 19th February 2104 (copies enclosed) extending the Current Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 and Hand book of Procedures beyond March 31, 2014 until further orders.
