Dear Sir,
Members have been reporting about various technical issues faced by them in obtaining refund of IGST paid on exports. In this connection detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) concerning refund of IGST paid on export goods has been hosted in the GST website. (https://selfservice.gstsystem.in).These FAQs are enclosed herewith. These FAQs contain detailed information on exact procedure to be followed while filing of returns so as to facilitate IGST refund.
