Dear Members,
Sub: IDLS Scheme: Non-receipt / Non-claim of Grant after issue of Sanction Letter
A review meeting was held on 04.08.2011 at the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India on the IDLS Scheme, in which it was decided to ascertain the details of those cases for which Sanction Letters have been issued but Disbursement of grant was not made for various reasons. It was also proposed to identify the cases for which release of grant was made less than the amount specified in the Sanction Letter. In this regard, it has been decided that the Council as a Facilitation Agency will gather these information from the applicants.
Accordingly, you are requested to kindly the provide information as per the following formats:
(a) For non-receipt / non-claim of Grant till-date as per Sanction Letter

This statement is separately required for each of the Sanction Letter received by you from Nov 3, 2005 to till-date, for which grant was not received till date.
(b) For receipt / claim of partial Grant (Less than the amount mentioned in Sanction Letter).

In both the above cases, please enclose the Sanction Letter copies.
The applicants whose applications are now pending for approval (and hence Sanction Letter not issued) need not respond to this mail. The objective of this exercise is only to track the Sanction Letters issued vis-à-vis disbursements.
You may send the above details to the Council on or before 19th August 2011. This will enable the Council to consolidate and furnish the details to the Government of India.
