Sub : IGST exemption on EOU, EPCG and Advance Authorisation

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed DGFT Notification No.57 dated 20.03.19 regarding extension of IGST exemption on Advance Authorization, Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) and Export Oriented Units (EOU) schemes upto 31.03.2020. Customs circular No.8 & 9 have also been issued in this regard (copies enclosed) which may kindly be referred.
