Sub: Investment / Business Opportunities in Leather Processing & Export Hub, Nigeria – reg.
We wish to inform that the Consulate General of India, Lagos, Nigeria has received a Letter dated 03.09.2024 from M/s Roseate Forte Ltd, Nigeria (Copy enclosed). The CEO of Roseate Forte Ltd Mr. Lanre Johnson has met with Shri Chandramouli Kern, Consul General, Consulate of India, Lagos and informed that a Leather Processing & Export Hub is being developed in Lagos and they have shown willingness to partner with leather products manufacturing companies of India.
In this regard, following is attached herewith for perusal:
1. Letter dated 03.09.2024 issued by Roseate Forte Ltd addressed to CGI, Lagos
2. Report on the Leather Infrastructure in Nigeria
The CGI, Lagos has requested the CLE to circulate the above information to the CLE members. CGI has also advised the trade and the industry that due diligence is exercised in export, imports and investments.
