Dear Sirs/ Madam,

I am directed forward herewith, the following two documents received from Shri K.C.Rout,Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi who has been appointed as Returning Officer by the Department of Commerce, Government of India to conduct the election to the post of Vice-Chairman of the Council for Leather Exports.
1.Letter dated 11-8-2016 addressed to all the members of the Committee of Administration
2.Nomination Form for the post of Vice-Chairman, Council for Leather Exports.

The last date for filing the additional nominations by eligible members is fixed as 5 pm of 17th August 2016(Tuesday). Please note that 3 members nominations already filed at the time of 156th COA meeting is already taken on record by the Returning Officer.
