Sub: Online Issuance of RCMC

We are happy to inform that we have developed a Software in order to facilitate online submission of Membership Application by Firm / Companies for New as well as Renewal of Membership with the Council.

Accordingly, from 1st January, 2019, issuance of RCMC to Members will be made through Online. Hence, Members are requested to submit their application for New as well as Renewal of Membership only through Online mode and manual submission of Application Forms will not be accepted from this date.

Moreover, facility for uploading the scanned copy of supporting documents viz. Bank Certificate, IE Code Certificate, MSME Certificate etc along with the Application have also been made online. However, Members are requested to compulsorily send a original copy of the Banker’s Certificate duly certifying the export performance in prescribed format to the Council within 15 days of Online submission.

Further, Members can remit the prescribed Membership fees through NEFT / RTGS / E-Fund Transfer/ DD / Cheque and furnish the payment details online.

Hence, from 1st January, 2019, Members are requested to visit the Council’s website www.leatherindia.org and click the link “ MEMBERSHIP ” and choose any of the below sub-links and submit their Application Online towards

· New Membership Registration
· Membership Renewal

Above all, as a mandatory requirement, the Council will be also be uploading the individual RCMCs issued online in the DGFT’s server from 1st January, 2019 onwards. Hence, we request you to kindly ensure that the information furnished in the Application Form is thoroughly checked and validated before submission.
