Sub : Participation in Expo Detalles, Peru 2-4, August 2017 and Buyer Seller Meet in Chile – 7-8, August 2017
We wish to inform that the Council has proposed to organise group participation of members in the Fair participation of Expo Detalles, Peru, 2-4, August 2017 and Buyer Seller Meet in Chile, during 7-8 August 2017 under the MAI 2017-18. The programme format is detailed below :

Information on Expo Detalles, Peru, 2-4, August 2017
As advised by the Embassy of India, Peru, the Council wish to participate in the Expo Detalles, Peru, 2-4, August 2017. Expo Detalles Peru International 2017 is one of the most important fairs in South America. The fair will be held at Centro de Exposiciones Jockey, the popular venue for international fairs. Last edition of the fair attracted more than 5000 visitors. The Council is also exploring the option of engaging a trade body for mobilizing the buyers specific to the products of display by the exhibitors.
The discounted cost details of the fair participation as sent by the Embassy is as follows :
9 sq.mtr @ USD 215 per sq.m = USD 1935
Stand construction = USD 189 (includes electric connection & lighting of the stand)
1 table, 2 chairs and a trash can = USD 44.8
Carpet = USD 45
Total = USD 2213.8 (The cost of hangers, shelves, hanging rails will be charged separately)
Buyer Mobilization
As advised by the Embassy of India, Chile, the Council will be engaging the Chamber of Commerce for buyer mobilization and publicity activity for the BSM in Chile.
Participation fee
The Council is charging a nominal fee of Rs.1,30,000/- for participation in the Expo Detalles, Peru and BSM in Chile, August 2017.
Interested members may kindly confirm their participation and send the payment of Rs.1,30,000 along with the filled in application form.
As the profiles of the participating companies are to be sent to the Chambers for buyer mobilization and also considerable time involves in obtaining visa for Peru and Chile, we request the members to confirm their Fair participation in Peru and BSM in Chile by May 10, 2017 enabling the Council to carry out the logistics and issue the visa recommendation letters at the earliest.
