Sub:- Participation in the Footwear & Leather Show, Australia – Virtual Series (November 24-26, 2020)
We have been informed by the Organizers of Footwear and Leather Show, Australia that the physical format of their November, 2020 show has been cancelled and now they are conducting a “Global Sourcing Virtual Series” this year during November 24-26, 2020.
As per offer/package received by CLE, the fair organizer will give a Two-hour time slot for CLE (any day during the 3 days show), for making a presentation on Leather Sector Opportunities in India for the Australian buyers, for souring their business requirements from India. It is a kind of Webinar programme, which will allow the individual Countries and Industry Associations (like CLE) to undertake live presentations/demonstrations, play videos, share information about the organization and industry capability. Followed by the presentation, there will be a Question & Answer Session also.
As informed by the fair organizer, they are expecting that 100-200 Australian Buyers may join the online session for listening the presentations. It would be an ideal opportunity to promote the brand image of Indian Footwear Leather sector among the Australia Buyers.
As per package, the fair organizer will allow CLE for hosting company profiles + product photographs of a maximum number of 15 member companies on their Virtual Platform and such companies may be able to engage with the Australian Buyers, those who are visiting the company profiles, based on their product interest. Such facility will be available throughout the 2 hour window and will run parallel with the presentations. Indian exporters and Australian Buyers can engage with each other, after the programme also, bases on the interaction happening during the 2 hour presentation time.
In order to meet a part of the expenses, CLE will be charging a very nominal fee of Rs. 15000/- +GST (Rs. 17,700/- inclusive of GST) from 15 member companies those who would like to host their company profile and product photograph on the virtual platform. The fair organizer has also informed that, they will share the data base of Australian Buyers who will be attending the programme with CLE, which will be shared with the 15 participating companies only after the event. Therefore, interested members are requested to fill up the attached format and send back to us along with 4-5 high resolution product photos (jpg or png format) on or before 1st October, 2020. The participation fee of Rs. 17,700/- may be remitted to CLE’s bank account and inform us the UTR details.
