Dear Member
As you are aware, Vide Notification No. 19/2015-20 dated 17th August 2021, the DGFT had notified the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme guidelines and also the rates (copy enclosed) .
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has now issued the following Customs Notifications (copies enclosed) specifying the operational guidelines.
1) Customs Notification (NT) No. 75 dated 23rd Sept. 2021 notifying Electronic Duty Credit Ledger Regulations 2021
2) Customs Notification (NT) No. 76 dated 23rd Sept. 2021 regarding manner to issue duty credit for goods exported under RoDTEP scheme.
