Sub : Supplementary claims for schemes under Chapter 3 of Foreign Trade Policy
Dear Sir,
The DGFT has issued a Public Notice No.16/2015-2020 dated 28th June 2018 making amendments in the Para 9.03 of the Handbook of Procedures of Chapter 3 Scrips. This Public Notice states that no supplementary claim for scrips under chapter 3 of the FTP 2015-20 would be admissible. In view of this, supplementary claims in respect of scrips of MERCHANDISE EXPORTS FROM INDIA SCHEME is also not admissible.
