Sub : Companies (furnishing of information about payment to micro and small enterprise suppliers ) Order 2019

Kindly refer to our earlier circular of March 1, 2019 on the above subject
In the aforesaid circular, we had informed that all companies, who get supplies of goods or services from micro and small enterprises and whose payments to micro and small enterprise suppliers exceed forty five days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of the goods or services as pr the provisions of section 9 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) shall submit an initial return and half yearly return through online mode to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
With regard to the above, we are sending herewith a note (received from a Company Secretary) on filing of the above returns online for your information
