Sub: Fresh Notice Inviting Application for Land Allotment in Footwear Park in Calcutta Leather Complex, Bantala, West Bengal – reg.
This is to inform you that the Government of West Bengal in the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) & Textiles has issued a Fresh Notice inviting applications for land allotment in the Footwear Park, located in the Calcutta Leather Complex at Bantala, South 24-Parganas District. The applications are invited from the eligible applicants for allotment of plots for setting up of Footwear Unit & Footwear related Allied Products Units in Calcutta Leather Complex through long-term assignment of leasehold interest by the Principal Lessee M/s M.L Dalmiya & Co. Ltd under the supervision of Govt of West Bengal in MSME & Textile Department.
This Footwear Park will be the first of its kind in Eastern India on 62 acres of land. Plots will be available on 4 sizes of 500, 1000, 1500 and 3000 square meters as detailed below:

The Notice Inviting Applications dated 22.08.2022 is attached herewith for your perusal. The indicative terms and conditions, eligibility criteria for allotment, mode of allotment, plot lease cost etc along with Application Form, address for sending the application are given in the attached Notice. The Application in Sealed Cover should be sent to : MSME & Textile Department, Government of West Bengal, Shilpa Sadan, 7th Floor, 4, (Camac Street), Kolkata 700016. The last date and time for receipt of applications is 21.09.2022 (Wednesday) upto 4.00pm.
Interested Members may kindly submit their application to the above-mentioned address by Courier/Speed Post, well before the deadline date of 21.09.2022. A scanned copy of the same may be sent to cleer@cleindia.com and cle@cleindia.com for our information.
