Dear Sir,
The Central Board of Excise & Customs has hosted in their website a letter No.450/119/2017-Cus-IV dated 16th July 2018 written by Shri Pranab Kumar Das, Special Secretary & Member, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, New Delhi (copy enclosed) addressed to All Principal/Chief Commissioner of GST & Customs regarding holding of refund disposal fortnight from 16.7.18 to 31.7.18.so as to clear pending GST refund claims
Members may kindly note the above and accordingly approach the concerned Customs for pending IGST refund (i.e IGST paid on export of goods) and GST office for pending Input Tax Credit refund.
