Sub: IDLS Sub-Scheme under IFLDP 2021-26 – User Guide – Application Submission in the Online Portal NSWS
This is regarding the Integrated Development of Leather Sector (IDLS) Sub-Scheme under Indian Footwear & Leather Development Programme (IFLDP) 2021-26, which provides investment grant for modernization, technology upgradation and capacity expansion activities in the manufacturing units besides setting up of new unit. The Applications seeking grant have to be filed in the National Single Window System www.nsws.gov.in
As you are aware, the CLE is conducting Open House Meetings / Webinars, every Wednesday, to create awareness on the guidelines of the IDLS scheme and other sub-schemes of IFLDP and provide a forum for the industry to interact with officials of stakeholder agencies. In these Webinars, officials of CLRI, FDDI and CLE participates and guide the industry on the application submission process in the NSWS, documents to be uploaded etc, and queries of the industry members are also being attended. The 1st in the series of webinar was conducted on 01.06.2022 and from then onwards, the Webinars are regularly conducted every Wednesday at 11.30am, and the meeting links are being sent to members by Circular one or two days prior.
In this background, please find herewith the following two Manuals which are hosted in the NSWS online portal:

2. User Guide for Common Registration Form to be filed in the NSWS
The above two User Guides are attached herewith for your perusal and ready reference.
The CLE would request the members to kindly make it convenient to attend the CLE Open House Meetings / Webinars on IFLDP held every Wednesday at 11.30am, and avail the guidance of CLE, CLRI and FDDI in single platform, and submit your application(s) in the online portal NSWS accordingly.
